Terms of Service

By accessing loatek.com or using LoaTek products and services, you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these conditions for that organization.

• SaaS products and enterprise software.
• Product engineering, systems, applied AI and cloud infrastructure.
• Professional services defined by proposal, contract or SLA.

Services must be used for lawful purposes, without attempting unauthorized system access, interfering with security or reproducing LoaTek software without written authorization.

LoaTek retains rights to its products, brands, internal components and documentation. For custom projects, ownership of delivered code is governed by the applicable contract.

Prices, currency, payment periods and billing conditions are defined in the proposal or contract. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Unless a contract states otherwise, LoaTek is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by factors outside its control, or interruptions from scheduled maintenance or force majeure.

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, unless a signed contract between the parties establishes another jurisdiction or dispute resolution mechanism.
